Voices of America has been formed to finance, produce, and market all performance, broadcast, music and other rights of national televised concerts. The Company intends to do so through the live performance of the Concert, the production and broadcast of taped versions of the Concert (the “Program”) primarily on public television stations, and the production and sale of videotapes, audio cassettes, compact discs, and other related products such as autographed collectible packages and limited edition commemorative packages (the “Products”).
