Robert Kendrick

Robert Kendrick has more than 30 years of experience managing the financial growth of companies.  Using his background of innovative corporate financing, Mr. Kendrick researches potential projects with an experienced eye toward fiscal success.  He determines and designs the proper financial structure for projects and implements company administration. 

Mr. Kendrick was the founder of Mackenzie Shea, Inc., a technology and real estate investment-banking firm, where he was responsible for executive leadership, investment banking, and merger and acquisitions advisory services.

 Mr. Kendrick also co-founded and operated the multinational securities broker/dealer company, RKS Financial, a diversified holding company, where he led a team providing full underwriting, investment banking, valuation, and clearing & execution. 

His distinct conceptual, financial and business experience has brought an array of professional accomplishments. As a visionary, he has orchestrated countless agreements and increased value and success to his clients and associates.

Mr. Kendrick brings these attributes to his personal life. He currently sits on numerous school, music and corporate boards, and has an undying passion for the natural environment. He currently holds a 3rd degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do and is married with two children.
