The Company. EduLink, Inc., was recently formed to create a content driven educational network, utilizing as its foundation, a newly created “Electronic Schoolhouse”™ maintained by a major on-line service provide, and a content development process, utilizing schools, throughout the country. The Company’s goal is to enroll schools across the nation, at the district level, to affiliate with the network. Through direct participation with educators, the Company intends to develop and produce entertaining interactive curriculum based content, for use by teachers, students and surrounding communities. The content will be available on CD-ROM and distributed via traditional retail channels as well as on the Internet, the World Wide Web, private networks and the Company’s own Electronic Schoolhouse™. The Company believes that the Electronic Schoolhouse™, also developed with the aid of educators, together with the Company’s proprietary educational programs should be readily embraced by the educational community and should enjoy sustained growth as a result of the Company’s agreement to share revenue from program sales and Electronic Schoolhouse™ related income, with its school affiliates.
